We use all-beef franks specially supplied by California’s premier sausage maker. Turkey and soy franks are also available on request. Our distinctive fresh rolls are baked to order and delivered daily. We complement our dogs with superior products from the best suppliers, including Gulden’s mustard, Heinz ketchup, and Farmer John bacon.
Start with access to the best potatoes that the great American West has to offer, and then wash, hand chop, and twice cook in peanut oil. Finish by pan tossing with our special blend of spices and serving with aioli, our house gourmet dipping sauce, made each day using roasted red bell peppers and fresh garlic. We’re honored that L.A.
